Emergency change of plans - four of us in two rooms. It was lovely (clean and smelled good). Plus the vintage feel is priceless

Room was very clean. Restaurant/bar was still open when I got there late—11 pm! Bar tender was super nice and accommodating. Morning staff was very friendly. Location is super convenient.

The check-in process was a little wonky. But Chelsea and Sam were super helpful in getting me squared away with my room. Very helpful. I enjoyed this day. Great room.

Great location for Sacred Heart visit (about 5 min drive). Rooms are updated and very nice. Beds very comfortable. Contactless check in pretty easy. Very good communication via text.

We were pleasantly surprised with the updated Hotel Hi-Ho. The contactless check in was pretty straightforward. The liquor store and restaurant on site were very convenient. The room was comfortable and the new bathroom was lovely. The ice machine in the common room was broken and/or out of ice.

Very easy check in process. Rooms were updated and stylish. It's was a very cold night when we were there (3 degrees) so the heat had a hard time keeping the room warm . Having Barcelona in the building is a huge plus We would definitely stay again
